By accessing or using TAP ("Throw A Party"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
TAP is a marketplace that connects event organizers with guestlisters — individuals who curate guest lists for events. TAP provides matching, communication, and management tools but does not organize events or guarantee outcomes.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use TAP.
Guestlisters agree to: curate guest lists in good faith, respect guest privacy, show up for accepted events, maintain accurate profile information, and not engage in fraudulent list-padding or fake entries.
Organizers agree to: provide accurate event details, honor commitments to accepted guestlisters, provide a safe event environment, pay agreed-upon fees if applicable, and respond to communications in a timely manner.
Both parties may rate each other after events. Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. TAP reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive ratings.
Guest list data (names, phone numbers) shared through TAP must be used solely for the agreed event. Sharing or selling guest data outside TAP is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
You may not: use TAP for illegal activities, harass other users, create fake profiles, manipulate the matching system, scrape data from the platform, or interfere with its operation.
TAP is provided "as is." We do not guarantee event success, guestlister performance, or organizer reliability. TAP is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, disputes between users, or event outcomes.
TAP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TAP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
